13th Mentorship Program

On 12th January 2019, the DOGA Membership Sub-committee hosted a kick-off session for the 13th Mentorship Program. Since the program launched over a decade ago, this year we received a record high number of responses with 99 mentees and 62 mentors applied. With some mentors matching with more than one mentee, there are 72 pairs of mentor-mentee. The “Medicine or medical related” field topped the mentor-mentee list and together with the “Banking and Finance related” and the "Legal" sectors, these three disciplines have taken up over 80% of the matched pool. Other industries included Architecture, Engineering, Government and Public Affairs, Marketing & Advertising, Public Relations, Entrepreneurship and Urban Planning.
