Mango Dome Cake Baking Workshops
On 6th July and 3rd August 2019, the Social Sub-Committee organised two Mango Dome Cake Baking Workshops with Mr. Alfred Cheung, a renowned pastry chef and former Head Chef of Excelsior. Members had a fun time baking and learning special pastry techniques from Mr. Cheung. They had the opportunity to exercise their artistic skills in making decorative roses using mango slices. Everyone had a fruitful day and took home their own special, delicious and appealing mango dome cake.
